A brother and sister brought up on Catskills' weekends. Our family made the trip every Friday from New York City to Sullivan County to enjoy nature, campfires, and relax.

We loved it so much up here that we decided to make it our permanent home. With backgrounds in hospitality, construction, and management, helping people develop their second-homes into successful short-term rentals became our concept. We have been working in Sullivan County since 2017 and have seen the market boom in recent years. We love seeing the revitalization of our area and want to help others enjoy it too.
